This step allows you to acquire a complete understanding of your customers and competitors. This is an important step in that it helps you to makes for better business decision-making.

Generate Leads

A sales lead increases the likelihood of a possible sale. A lead can comes from several different places such as fax, paper, mail, call centers, websites, etc. One way to generate a sales lead to a possible sale is to be involved in social networking such as LinkedIn.
